The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the location is convenient for daily needs. The surrounding area feels peaceful, with nice greenery and open space nearby.

|Recommended: YesReview solely based on moving in process — Received the keys on November 7, 2022, and the process honestly was a breeze, I have to say Courtney was a delight in assisting me with the process of becoming approved and was relatively fast, everything was done through the portal which was easy and convenient Drove up for the weekend to check out the apartment and Celina who also was wonderful was able to answer all my questions when I moved in as well as inform me about the property and its amenities. I did have a few hiccups, especially on Sunday, there was an emergency, everything was readily available for me and was able to get assistance quickly I really appreciate the service provided, you guys are definitely setting the bar high

|Recommended: YesSnowhaven court — I love the apartment area, security, cleanliness, quick service, and the staff. Everyone is understanding and respectful. The few cons this place has is that there aren't enough available parking spots for visitors. Also, there are times when the apartment complex can get quite nosy whether that be dogs barking constantly or gardening workers.

|Recommended: YesA Good Place to Start — Overall the apartment a single level cottage style is a great size considering the comparison to the others and definitely a lot lower than most places. And the building is a bit worn and the inside is a bit dated, but you don't notice as much with the wood floors throughout besides the bedrooms. The bathroom is kinda tight if your bigger like me in size, but it's not unmanageable. The noise levels are quiet 90 of the time but there is a fair amount of sirens, loud cars and occasionally you hear the announcements from the college stadium across the street.
All and all it's one of the better places I've lived since moving here to the state 6 years ago.

|Recommended: YesPretty nice place overall. — It's a nice place to live, a bit on the expensive side, especially considering some of the outdated equipment, such as the stove, but overall it's still worth it. The staff are very helpful and responsive, and they take great care to attend to the needs of residents.
